The light
Red light (660 nm) works near the surface of the skin. Near-infrared (850 nm) penetrates deeper — you can't see most of it, which is by design. EmberWrap One runs both at once from a flexible 105-LED array, so the light sits directly against the area you wrap.

How often should I use it?
Most people settle into one 15-minute session a day, worn directly against skin. Consistency matters more than duration.
What does it feel like?
Gentle, even warmth — noticeably calmer than a heating pad. The LEDs sit flush against a soft inner panel.
Is it safe?
EmberWrap One is a general wellness device that uses low-level red and near-infrared LEDs. Don't look directly into the LEDs, and check with your physician first if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or take photosensitive medication.
