Agreement to these terms

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the store. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to your order at the time you place it.

General wellness product

EmberWrap One is a general wellness product intended for personal, at-home use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this store is medical advice. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication that increases light sensitivity. Do not look directly into the LEDs, and follow the quick-start guide's instructions for use and care.

Products and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars. We work to keep every price and description accurate, but errors happen; if a listing contains a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order — with a full and prompt refund, and an email explaining why.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, when we suspect fraud or can't verify a shipping address — and if we cancel, you're refunded in full right away. You can cancel or change your own order by emailing hello@emberwrap.com; before dispatch we can always do it, after dispatch the 30-day return window has you covered instead.

Shipping and returns

Every order ships free within the US with tracking, arriving within 10–15 days. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, with return shipping at your cost; if it arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, we cover the return and replace or refund it. Personal use

Products sold here are for personal use, not for resale. We may limit quantities on any order.

Our content

The text, images, and design of this store belong to EmberWrap. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without asking first.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmberWrap's total liability for any claim connected to a product or this store is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
