EmberWrap One is a general wellness product that uses low-level red and near-infrared LEDs — it isn't a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything. Don't look directly into the LEDs while they're on. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, check with your physician before using it.

The belt is 126 cm (49.6 in) long with a wide adjustment range — it fits most waists and also wraps the lower back, hips, or thigh. The closure is a wide strip of hook-and-loop, so it holds securely anywhere in that range rather than at fixed notches.

Yes — the belt is hands-free and flexible, so you can sit, stand, stretch, or walk around the room while it runs. The controller is corded and plugs into a wall outlet, so your range is the length of the cord. Most people use it somewhere they were going to sit anyway.

Shipping is free on every US order and tracked door to door. We dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 10–15 days from your order. You'll get the tracking number by email the moment it ships.

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for any reason. Email hello@emberwrap.com with your order number; we reply within one business day with the return address; you pack everything that came in the box and ship it back at your cost; your refund lands 3–5 business days after it reaches us. No restocking fee, and normal signs of use are fine.

Then it's on us, not you. Email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, and you don't pay any return postage. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
