About
Why I built this
I kept running into red light in two forms: rigid panels that cost as much as a laptop and want a wall of their own, or studio sessions at $60 a visit that want an appointment. Both ask you to arrange your day around the light.
I thought the useful version was the one you actually wear. Something you wrap on while you read, answer email, or sit on the couch — and take off fifteen minutes later without having gone anywhere.
So EmberWrap makes one product. EmberWrap One is a soft neoprene belt with red 660 nm and near-infrared 850 nm LEDs, a corded controller with four intensity levels, and a built-in session timer. No app, no subscription, no batteries to keep charged. I'd rather do one thing properly than a catalog of things adequately.
This is a small operation, and I like it that way. I answer the support inbox myself, I read every return note, and when those notes point at something worth fixing, it gets fixed. The promises on this site — free shipping, the returns window — aren't marketing lines someone handed me. They're how I'd want to be treated buying a $129 product from a store I'd never heard of.
If you try EmberWrap One and it doesn't earn a place in your routine, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. You cover the return postage; I cover everything else, and if it arrived damaged or faulty I cover that too.
