Shipping, plainly

Every order ships free within the US, with tracking. The price you see at checkout is the price — no surprise carrier fees.

Orders ship from our production partner overseas. That's why the window below is 10–15 days rather than two, and it's also why EmberWrap One costs $129 instead of what a retail markup would make it.

Timing

• Dispatch: your order leaves the warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: 10–15 days from the day you order. That's the standard window, not a best case.
• Tracking: you get a tracking number by email the moment it ships, and you can follow it door to door.

Customs and duties

US orders at this value normally clear customs without any charge to you. In the rare case a fee is assessed, it's set by customs and payable by the recipient — but email us if it happens and we'll help you sort it out.

If your package is late or lost

If the delivery window has passed, or tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email hello@emberwrap.com with your order number. We don't send you to the carrier or make you file a claim — we reship a new one or refund you in full, your choice.

Address changes

Ordered to the wrong address? Email hello@emberwrap.com as soon as you can. Before dispatch, we can change it — no problem. After it ships, we'll ask the carrier to redirect, but we can't guarantee it; if the package can't reach you, we'll work out a reship or refund with you either way.

Where we ship

We currently ship to US addresses, and PO boxes are fine. Shipping to an APO/FPO address? Email us first and we'll confirm before you order.
